Bill Powell is an absolute class act. He undersold and over-delivered to an extreme! His crew was friendly, engaging, and attentive to every single detail. We had about a 150 more boxes than quoted, not to mention it took much longer than expected. It didn’t matter – every piece of furniture was polished and I walked in the front door to Bill and a crew member thoroughly sweeping the hallways and foyer, not to mention the cost did not change. I am blown away by the highest level of customer service. Do not even think about using cost as an excuse to use someone else: you cant afford to miss out!
